  • FinOps & Cloud Financial Governance
    We harnessed the power of FinOps and cloud financial governance with Techstra’s CFG Framework. Through the model’s use, we have enabled visibility into Cloud spend, cost controls, approvals, and standardized delivery methods. It helps drive predictability and maximizes the value of cloud investments.
  • Data Transformation
    Techstra created a comprehensive, data transformation strategy aligned to an industry maturity model that enabled member, provider, and patient experiences supported by next-generation technology. This approach has also been applied to industries beyond healthcare.
  • Democratizing & Operationalizing AI
    By taking a product mindset, Techstra accelerated the evolution of Enterprise AI as a shared service. We recommended how best to maximize the value of current and future investments in AI by determining if and how they should be rendered to capture new revenue streams. We also evaluated the different components for democratization and reuse.
  • Building High Performance Dev & Data Teams – Techstra GAP Program
    We helped our clients bridge challenges in their Technology staffing, though building high performance teams and innovative talent models. Techstra GAP Program created opportunities for companies to building cohorts which engage Master’s graduates under the leadership of domain experts (GURUs) to deliver mission critical projects, immediately adding value and scale. The best part of this program is that it permits GAP members to become hirable after 12-18 months.
