Duane has a proven track record of deploying AI at scale to achieve maximum adoption and return on investment. He excels at prioritizing, developing, and advancing enterprise-wide AI efforts that result in significant improvements in business value, efficiency, decision-making accuracy, and overall productivity. His background includes building and executing comprehensive AI transformation agendas for clients, from vision-setting and strategic planning through hands-on implementation. In addition, he has led the integration of cutting-edge AI and robotic process automation (RPA) capabilities into enterprise solutions that have resulted in measurable improvements.
Throughout his career, Duane has been an AI and automation innovator. He has held senior positions within transformation offices at Fortune 500 companies, overseeing multimillion-dollar portfolios of mission critical strategic initiatives. Previous roles include Managing Director, Business Transformation and AI Strategy, BDO Consulting; VP, Enterprise Transformation, Centene; Transformation Director of A. T. Kearney, and Partner, Transformation and Intelligent Automation at EY. He is masterful at balancing the often-competing goals, concerns, and interests of multiple stakeholders (e.g., Executives, Risk, IT, Operations) to identify and implement the best course of action to achieve transformational change.
