- Oversees the Company’s Social Media Strategy and Social Media team across all internal brands and platforms
- Leads the creation and owns the social media strategy
- Coordinates across all departments include PR, Marketing, Product, Legal, HR, etc.
- Ensure all social media efforts are coordinated across the Company, Divisions, Brands to support the Company’s and targeted goals, its effectiveness and adoption
- Manage the Central Social Media budget including social media tools
- Recruit and oversee the Social Media Team, ensuring a superior quality of communication and project delivery is provided at all times
- Monitor and comment on trends in social media trends and application
- Monitor the competition and be aware of market changes and developments
- Coordinate the planning of social media
- Provide benchmarks and analyze data to determine if goals are met
- Source and manage relationships with social monitoring and platform partners
- Act as the advocate of social media integration within the Company
